Valerie Schlitt
Lead Partner
Valerie formed PubSEG in 2020 to support local and state COVID-19 response efforts around the country. She earned her MBA from The Wharton School and amassed 18 years of marketing and consulting experience at Fortune 500 companies and other large firms prior to founding nationally recognized call center VSA in 2001. VSA was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing privately held companies three consecutive years. Valerie places high value on people and consistently considers the human aspect of sales and customer service. She has always stressed not only creating professional opportunities for the people who work for her but providing a culture in which all employees feel important and valued. In recognition of her exceptional leadership, Valerie was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2020 Most Admired CEOs.
Kerry Dougherty
Head of Sales
Kerry sits on PubSEG’s leadership team and played a key role in developing our contact tracing offerings. She has held virtually every role within the organization, lending her multiple talents to sales, new client onboarding, employee training, quality assurance, client relations, service delivery, and more. Currently, Kerry is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and overseeing our strategic accounts. Kerry joined VSA in 2013, where she helped successfully scale operations by 900%, largely in healthcare. She is certified in ASTHO’s (Association of State and Territorial Health Officials) contact tracing course.
Dawn Stolte
Head of Operations
Dawn oversees PubSEG’s operations, leveraging her strong background in allied health and exceptional knowledge of curriculum development and training. She developed PubSEG’s internal processes and procedures and the ability to customize support of each client’s unique needs. Dawn is responsible for hiring, training, quality assurance, and overall delivery of contact tracing services. Previously she assisted in the development of the first Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program in New Jersey and helped with the development and implementation of multiple medical assistant courses for National Louis University.
Chris Engel
VP of Sales
Chris has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, selling medical insurance for four different companies, including 18 years with a local company in Oklahoma. He views contact tracing as similar to medical insurance in that both are intended to help keep people healthy. He has a background in civil engineering, graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in engineering technology. Chris joined the PubSEG team in December 2021 and looks forward to helping schools limit the spread of COVID-19.
Kevin Grant
Supervisor
Kevin has been interested in public health since working in cancer research for four years at Oregon Health & Science University, where he also received his master’s degree in public health. He has held various positions in state health departments in Idaho and California, gaining valuable public health knowledge from a governmental perspective. He was drawn to contact tracing due to his desire to help prevent illness and assist people who have been affected by the pandemic.
Harley Super
Supervisor
Harley has a diverse professional background, working as a business data analyst for a collections company, a freelance writer, and in multiple customer service positions. She describes herself as super adaptable and empathetic, traits that have served her well in contact tracing. With PubSEG, she oversees a handful of teams and helps train other supervisors. Harley is thrilled to be in a position that allows her to help other people—both the public and her PubSEG colleagues.
Fabiola Rodriguez
Supervisor
Fabiola has seven years of experience in pediatrics as a medical assistant, office manager, and referral coordinator. She is studying to receive her degree in human resources from San Joaquin Valley College in California. With PubSEG, Fabiola is responsible for overseeing multiple contact tracing programs. Her duties include managing and training team members, assigning schedules, addressing issues that arise, and assuring all processes run smoothly.
Joshua Lee
Client Success Manager
Joshua joined PubSEG in 2022 to play a key role in directly supporting schools, colleges, and universities in their COVID-19 response strategies and contact tracing. His background in healthcare, combined with two decades of customer service and project management experience, are a tremendous asset to PubSEG clients. Joshua previously worked as a Client Account Manager at healthcare support company Ashfield Engage, where he implemented a call center to provide patients and healthcare professionals with information about the then brand-new Moderna COVID-19 vaccine
