January 4th – Haddon Township, N.J. – Public Safety & Economic Growth (PubSEG) continued its rapid growth recently with the hiring of seasoned project management/customer service specialist Joshua Lee as Client Success Manager.
Mr. Lee, a Collingswood native, will interact directly with representatives from the schools, colleges, and universities that partner with PubSEG, and play a key role in supporting their COVID-19 response strategies and contact tracing.
“With his two decades of customer service and project management experience and background in healthcare, Joshua is going to be a tremendous asset for both PubSEG and our clients,” says Kerry Dougherty, PubSEG’s Head of Sales. “He’ll be meeting with clients on a regular basis and make sure things are running smoothly and that any issues that come up are solved quickly.”
Mr. Lee previously worked as a Client Account Manager at healthcare support company Ashfield Engage, where he implemented a call center to provide patients and healthcare professionals with information about the then brand-new Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Before that, he served as a Benefits Service Center Manager at Willis Towers Watson, meeting clients’ day-to-day administrative needs regarding health and welfare benefit plans.
“Every position I’ve held in my career has been about interfacing with a frontline or a service center and providing an exceptional customer experience. It’s something I’ve always been passionate about,” Mr. Lee says. “I’ve always worked in healthcare benefit sector positions, managing service centers and dealing with clients, so I know how important it is to make sure it’s a positive and educational experience for them.”
Mr. Lee joins a rapidly growing team at PubSEG that is dedicated to helping educational institutions at all levels limit the spread of COVID-19 on campus and in the classroom.
“Every day, the fight against this virus presents new challenges,” Ms. Dougherty says. “Adding Joshua to PubSEG will help us tackle those challenges and better meet the needs of all of our clients.”

Public Safety & Economic Growth (PubSEG) is a consortium of three organizations with national reach that collaborated during the pandemic to support the COVID-19 response. Our joint impact is greater, partly because of the unique way our skill sets complement each other, but mainly due to the sense of commitment and responsibility we share toward COVID-19 response strategies and contact tracing. As we witnessed COVID impact our families and friends—as well as our local business communities—we immediately recognized that we each had skill sets that could be deployed to help. And, that’s what we’ve done.
